I am a little confused, if I posted the breeding and got permission to use the LC's, why does she get the first pick of the litter?  If that is the case she can have them all cause that does not seem right by me, I paid for the breeding and items and it was my breeding

I don't think I currently have a litter, so mine must be to come. I'm currently on holiday so won't be able to name/trade ect till I get home near the end of the month.

PonyMama, the way that breedings are done (at least by me) is that the owner of the mother gets first pick of the litter. Then that user gets a week to decide which kit they would like. If they have not decided within that week, then the other user gets to pick their kits.

Every colorist has their different ways of handling breedings, that is just how I do mine. I am sorry if this was unclear to you, I know that the system can be confusing. Aralie and I are going to work on making the whole system a little more clear and consistent.

Since you breeding was posted on June 8th, Ryuukokoro missed her week, and it is your turn to decide. I also understand that you have the female charm, and don't worry, all the kits are female. That is just the generic way I post litters. You are right, just a female name for your kit is fine.

I am sorry for all the confusion, and hope that that clears things up for you.

That should have been clear for sure or I would not have even bothered.  As Ryuu handed over the rights to use the female then it should be considered my breeding no matter what, and seriously even with the week being over and me getting first pick I will wait until I can talk to Ryuu before anything gets decided, I am seriously disappointed

I'm not sure why I was sent a pm. I do not regularly participate in this shop and did not submit any breeding in this thread at all.

You should talk over with the other artists and have ONE breeding system so everyone knows the rules and you don't confuse your fans. x_X

PM, I know you're upset, but please try to see this from my view. I'm not asking you to agree, just hear me out.

Nilla does her own way of breeding, as she said in the post above yours. I'm fairly certain this was set before you ever posted your breeding. In your post, you did not specify that you get first pick out of the deal so far that I can see, and as such, Nilla had no reason to assume that you would want her to do something other than her normal way of doing things. Now, some miscommunication seemed to occur here, but it doesn't seem to matter (In my own opinion) because Ryuu didn't claim hers in the first week.

The way I see it, this is just a misunderstanding. I can't find anything that suggests that you will be getting first pick in your post, and not everyone does everything the same way as everyone else. In the end, you're still being able to pick the one you want, so would you mind explaining what is upsetting you?

Sorry for the confusion everyone. My description of how these breedings would work evidently was not clear enough.

PM you did have the correct understanding of how they should work. Since Ryuu gave permission for you to use her chims all the kits would initially be yours.

I have realized that our breeding system is currently jumbled since everyone does them slightly different. I have been writing down a breeding system and working the kinks out of it. When the shop gets fully opened again (after this thread is completed) the agency page will detail how breedings will work from now on.
