I haven't used anyones art work ever since this incident i learned alot about art theft after this and to identify when i see it. I'm on a community now with tons of kids that dont know anything about these rules and use art work stolen from other users and DeviantArt.

Im just putting my two cents in.

First: i believe that the comment about if youve done it once youve done it a million times. That is not always true. Unless you believe once youve burned yourself yoru going to keep doing it in which case Ow???

Second: I think Victoria has made a mistake and she needs to be watched. Just like anyone that has done art theft.

three: I believe thouse new to places and also younger tend to still think tracing as their own art. Sometimes people believe that because they traced somthign and did not photocopy it or whatever that it is there own art. We know better and we must teach others that tracing is not an acceptable form of true art.

Fourth: We are human and most of us are younger. (yes im considering teens young) I myself was VERY niave about certian aspects of art when i was in my teens before i came to PI and then secundi and i didn tknow a lot of things. So please remeber that a lot of us are 'veterans' in the Adoptable community and know more then those that are 'newbs'

Fifth: Everyone makes mistakes it happens. Victoria has said she is sorry and im not going to say if she 'stole' the snail or not. Personally its somthing small and it was caught as well as brought ot the attention of her. And agian i say we should watch her but treating her as if she is now a black sore on the face of Secundi is wrong.

Besides if we turn one person away that did somthing small as this whos to say we wont do it agian if someone doesnt KNOW that what they are doing is wrong and they make one mistake? doesnt that basicly say Secundi is going to end up like PI i making it a one warning thing then your banned forever? thats not right.

IF she does it agian thent hats somthign else. But i think she should be given another chance. Heck we have others here that where accused of Art theft, me being one of them, over on PI. Because i used a book to learn how to draw. I didnt know then that you couldnt use your book knowledge to create a adoptable and i do now. But im not banned and if you think i should be baned for what i have done in teh past then i guess this would be good bye. (hopes its not good bye cause she loves secundi)

Personally Im just a freak over things like this because I was burned horribly by a very well known artist on PI forever ago. She stole alot of USD & PG, personally she stole lots of USD. I've never been known to accept those after they've been proven as thefts though I will live quitely with victoria around. I'll shall be a hawks eye for awhile with you around victoria but I do suppose I can put my past aside and give you another chance. Just know that some people work very hard on that work and you stealing it really can hurt those people around you alot.

As with Wihimsy, I was effected greatly by an 'artist' in the PI community.
Everyone saw her art and went goo goo over it, as did I. Cute little art.
Except I had suspicions and knew it looked familiar. But seriously, we can all  take a style and work it to our own.

But when I worked so hard to buy the art,  when it finally was ready for generals, sadly... The truth was revealed.
She had stolen all the art and tons of money before anyone said anything.

Afterward everyone was like 'I knew she was guilty'.
But if you see something wrong, and look the other way, you're hurting the fellow members.

I know this is different, since no one has found much of her stealing, so we can't assume all she draws is stolen. However, we can't assume she's not going to steal again.
Just like in real life, if you steal a watch and get caught, no one can assume all of your watches you own are stolen. However, if you do your time and get out of jail, you may say 'I've learned my lesson' or you may just go do it again.

Here's a question, this community you speak of, where art theft is the "it" thing to do, is this supposed to make us want to trust you more? The way you worded your paragraph says "I know what to look for now, so I'm in a community where everyone does it" not quite a character voucher there.
