Aquarius~ Breeding Area

Ti'ka waddles around the rooms, looking for the right pebbles, the right tanks and the right forms. He was worried that this first set of breeding would go wrong but if he was lucky and Sunchaser knew what she was talking about then it would be a great breeding time.

Once everything was gathered he looked at the door. Now all he had to do was say that the breeding area was open and ready for peoples forms and fish. He prayed that more fish would have babies then be rejected. But he knew that Sunchaser was kind adn would give people back their items even if the fish dont get along that time when they wish to breed.

As Ti'ka moved to open the doors he looked around him. The empty tanks where sitting around the walls with each of the owners names underneath them. In the middle where the bags of pebbles as well as the rainbow of colors that made of the seaweed for the tanks.

Nodding with satisfactory he opened the door and then went to the desk to sit down and hand out forms and accept them as well. He looked as the first customer came in and smiled at her.

"Hello miss. If you are here to try to breed your fish please read the rules first. Then please fill out the following form in red pen only."


Rules:
-Only male and female breedings at this time
-You have a 75% chance currently of a succesful breeding. If your breeding fails your items will be returned to you.
-You must have permission if you are using someone elses fish.
-No more then 2 seaweeds may be used in a breeding.
-No more then three types of pebbles may be used at this time.
-Fee for a successeful breeding is 5k

Next to that form was another for those that where letting others use their fish for a breeding. It said to fill it out in Green pen only.

Once the forms where filled out Ti'ka took them and put them in his own little order. "Okay now that your form has been filled out i will take the fish and put them in the back room. After a week i will go back there and see if there are any eggs. At that time i will take a picture and send it to you. About another week will pass and then once they hatch i will show you and let you start deciding which you want to keep and which you dont."

These fish are currently in the breeding room being left alone to do their business. Next to them is the date that Ti'ka will check up on them to see if any eggs have hatched. He will take new pictures if their are eggs. If not he will inform the owner that it was a unsuccessful breeding.

you can have as many breedings as you want. Just know it takes a bit as if there are a TON of breedings what i might do is start with the order of one by each person so everyone can see their fish in their little breeding bowl, and then go by list.  But i have high hopes for this so YAY

Aralie you dont have to send the sg till after weve seen if the breeding is successful. But since you already sent it ill hold it and then decline or accept once a week has been up.

*poke ti'ka* do you ever offer stud fish? I'm trying to decide on using my pebbles this season and get differnt breeds that way or to hang on and find a stud to use ^_^

Hmm... I never thought of that ill have to find him and ask him. He told me to deleiver these two pictures of the two tanks he has in the breeding area to Aralie see if she needs anythign changed but if not he is leaving them alone in the breeding area.

Once i make sure the front is clear ill drag his butt back here and see if he has any for availblity.


ALSO on a note. The WONDERFUL whimsy has decided to help me out a little bit with doing some decorations for the tanks. once i make sure i like how they fit in the tanks (so far only fiddled with one) I will put them in the store. Your custom decorations are also being worked on by whimsy except aralies rock that im fiddlign with. *snugs the whimsy*

You can see one of hte new decorations which is a backdrop in whimsys tank that she has posted in her thread looking for males.

Ti'ka comes out after getting some more fish sorted out. "Do i have any stud fish... Well i know of a few males that i have avalible that wouldnt mind meeting some females. I Wasnt really thinking about including them but if there is enough intrest im sure i could think up a form and process that we can offer some of them up for breeding." He looks to Sunchaser before looking to others. "Is anyone else interested?"

Seems Ti'ka has to go into the breeding room today and see if some of the fish have produced eggs. Do you think yours has? :-p

oh look at this it seems aralies Demon and Angel ended up having two eggs! But you have to look closely as the eggs have gotten smaller in the tanks. They are in the right side of the tank by mommy are one is white and the other black

(i made the eggs smaller adn youll see why in a week )




And it seems Amber and Ember had eggs as well. There are three eggs. a yellow, a orange and a red one sitting next to the seaweed.
