Your boy's agouti is Ata actually. Thor can only pass down a, seeing as black horses are aa agouti. Also looks like your boy definitely picked up the brown At gene from his mother.

Seeing as Ophelia is not silver dapple herself, and silver dapple is not a gene that can be carried, your boy's silver dapple code is Zz. He may or may not pass it along to his future foals.

I'm not seeing where he's confirmed to be Ee though. If one of his parents were chestnut, I could see him being a definite carrier for recessive extension, but when you take away the other traits, his parents were a brown mare and black stallion.
