Looking for a good shader/templater

Purchasing new adopt lines for the SGA shop.  Artist is going to ink them, but can't shade.  And I wouldn't even begin to know how lol  So I'm looking for a good shader to hire to do the job once the pieces are ready.

I don't have usd, so can only offer to pay in SG and Adopts. 

I will want each piece done on a separate file, and I want the shading on a separate layer form the lines.  I'm looking for someone who can work in layers, and hopefully template the work as well as shade it.  Pay is negotiable, but again I can't do Sg.

There will be atleast two lines (male and female) MAYBE more, if the artist has time to do a pup or two.
