TheStable: Realistic Themed RP?

I haven't had much time to run TheStable due to being swamped by college.

However, I think I may have time to run a very beginner-friendly RP, something like what TheKennel's sled RP was going to be like. It would run about a month and include some nifty prizes and other bonuses This would help me destress, get TheStable back in the public eye, and hopefully let everyone have fun with their horses!

My questions are...
1) Is this something you'd be interested in? My hope is that even those who don't usually RP (ie: me) will want to join in on this. Any ideas how I'd make this RP really universally appealing?
2) Any ideas for a theme (ie: above-mentioned sled event)? It must be entirely realistic, so no talking horses, no setting off on an epic quest to free the unicorns from the evil dark lord, etc. Something like a show barn, a wild horse herd, etc -- but with an end goal. Like with the sledding example, the end goal would have been finishing the race. Not sure yet if I want humans included, or just horses, so suggest anything!
3) Any other tips/suggestions/concerns/comments?

Yes I will totally join in, and I think encouraging short entries will make it universally appealing. I think some people are nervous about joining an RP because they think they can't write two paragraphs each post, like some others do.

For a theme, how about a rodeo or some other show? ^^

I "might" be interested.  Maybe.  It would depend a great deal on how I felt at the given time, and how much time I had.  Also it would depend on if we were meant to rp animals, or rp humanoids.  Rp'ing a humanoid with an animal friend/companion is OK, but just straight up rp'ing an animal, that I really don;t like doing too much.

I would definately be interested! Not sure of any ideas at the moment, too early lol. I'll come back later and post some ideas.

Since you don't want the horses to talk (I am assuming not even to each other in their own language.. I mean, animals communicate too, right?) I do vote for including humans, otherwise it will just be "he walked there, she lifted her head" and it might be harder for people to get into the story if there is no talking involved.
