For the competitions themselves:
~Dogs must have at least a leash equipped to compete.
~Each owner is limited to 10 dogs entered each week.
~Fee is 500 SG per dog, per week, paid to the Kennel account.  Please mark what it is for, so we don't confuse it with other fees.
~If you consistently "forget" to send fees, you will not receive prize money, if your dogs earn any.  If you forget once out of the month, I can forgive it.  If you don't pay at all for the current month, you won't receive any prize money that month.  If I can go back several months and find no paid fees under your name, I will consider disqualifying your dogs from participating.

For the grabs:
~2 grabs per owner, unless stated otherwise at the beginning of the grab.
~Dogs named in the grab must be entered in the comp to get the point.
~Other rules will be added depending on the individual grab.

For transfers in the shiny:
~Post in the current competition thread, in Teal:
Dog's former owner, if known
Dog's Name, current and former, if applicable
Dog's secundi ID
Dog's Agency ID, if it has one
Dog's page link (so I can look at it, in case of number issues or duplicate names)

My apologies for the delay - lost track of the days over the weekend, silly holiday, and then the net went down.  Can't be helped, really, when you're in the path of a tropical storm!  Took advantage of a lull to get this posted, and make sure Agility got opened before it got too late in the week XD

I plan to get the comp run on Sunday, as long as I don't have any unexpected problems, and the grab items and prizes will go out as soon as possible.

I have been really busy this week (and last >.>) and haven't had a chance to do prizes or grab items from August yet, or to catch up on the transfers *runs around like headless chicken*

but!  I will at least get the grab started for this, so I can get the comps moving reasonably quickly

Standard slow grab:
2 grabs per owner
at least 4 people or 20 minutes between claims
dogs must be entered to get the bonuses
if you want to use a dog that needs to be transferred, go ahead, and note it in the post, so I remember to switch them before running the comp - I plan to check some of them tonight, and I'll post again, once I have a chance

Edit: checked the other thread and transferred the dogs I could - Neocridders, your Toby is not in there, so you can enter him yourself; since he is already equipped, he may have competed before the shiny, or maybe zarzamora never got around to competing him at all?

I'm going to go check the transfers from the other thread, then I will get started on the comp

I think the shiny dislikes me. XD Is there some secret to bribing it, such as offerings of shiny objects before a competition? I have lots of shiny coins and dice on my desk. =)

I am sooooooo sorry about this!  I will run this comp this weekend.  For Conformation, since it has been so long, people probably have forgotten about it, I will not be running a grab, just to get it moving.  If enough people post between now and Sunday, I might reconsider, but with as slow as things are, I want to at least get this one finished.

Then we'll see if anyone shows up for Stamina.  After September's comps are caught up and finished, I am calling a halt for the year, so we can get other Kennel business caught up.  Depending on how things look after New Years, I may try reopening the comps then.

I feel bad about not having poked you from PI, Lectral.  Every time I'd spot you in one of the adoptables threads over there, I'd think "Maybe I should remind her... nah, I'm sure she's just busy with other stuff and will run the comps when there's time."

I never actually forgot - just been really busy, and then the few times I wasn't I felt so guilty about having let it go so long, I was almost ashamed to come back and try to run it!  (even the events on PI, the only ones I was participating in were ones that didn't take more than a minute or two to look in on and post for)

And now my computer is being stupid - was going to try to run the comp yesterday, and the silly thing wouldn't start.  Have some errands to run today, but hopefully, everything will be working when I get home, and I will run it then.

I did open Stamina, and I hope to run it next week.... errr... maybe closer to New Years, to give everyone a chance to see and enter.  And since my in-laws will be here over Christmas, I doubt I will have a chance to actually run it next weekend!  After Stamina runs, I will do the BIS, and then we will go on an official hiatus, until we can get the Kennel, as a whole, back up and running
