Notepad feature (Functional)

I don't think this would be difficult to implement, but then I don't know coding, or for all I know it's a feature already tucked in somewhere that I haven't found yet....

I very much like the Notepad function on PI. I use it for storing links and info when I switch computers. I could use a blog, but it's just not as convenient. It'd be neat to wean off dependence on PI functions :-P

Along the same vein, there are a lot of PI features we could implement, quite a few that we're planning to implement, and others that just won't work here.

Alas, we only have one coder.

That's an ok alternative, but the nice thing about Notepad is constant editing/pasting and multiple tabs


And I think I was on PI a year before I really noticed the notepad feature, but now I use it a lot!

And yea, definitely want to lose all dependence on PI. People said I was going off the deep end with my opposition to the rules and wanting a real apology from the mods and admin --_--

I have never used the notebook feature on PI.

I used the notepad for lots of things, it would definitely be useful to have, for me at least

I have 5 seperate tabs in PI's notepad, for kennel stuff alone.  Before I realised they had notepad built in, I used the notepad on my comp.  The only problem is, my comp randomly rearranges my files, so I kept "losing" the darn thing.

I have so many separate tabs on my PI notepad it's not funny.  It's very useful for adoptables like Lupines when you're ordering customs.  You can type up forms well ahead of time and just paste them into the PM or wherever when you get a slot.
