Alright. I'm going to have this post & the next saved for deliveries. I'm cancelling my Saturday plans to get as much that I owe done as possible. As I don't have a bank account or credit card linked to my PayPal, it won't let me send money in any way. I'm working hard on it, but I cannot seem to find a way. :x I might just link it to my debit card and pray that it goes directly from my account, and not from the debit card. >_<;

I am also trying to find the Neoglobes where my files were uploaded to. T_T; Since I lost the original computer the files were on, I need to find that site, so I can get the PSDs.

But yea, splitty said I can only get a refund if I do a chargeback. Chargebacks cost a fee too so I would still not have a full refund).

YLO, Im still on PI, where CBD are still active. I know they were talking about bringing them here too. If they dont, you can always sell them to users who are on both sites. I dont have USD so Im no help there, but its a thought.

I still need a TON done too (I think almost 20 O.o), but I'd feel bad about you putting in all that work and then I can't participate in CBDs.. I would need to look up my forms too, I hope I can still find them. I would have preffered a USD refund, but yea, splitty said I need to chargeback to get a refund and that will not result in a full refund due to paypal fees/charges so that's not possible. I would also like a lovepair that was already delivered redone, because it is just a bunch of brushes thrown onto it (because she lost her tablet she said >.<) and I actually paid USD for it so I don't think I should get something that was made within 10 seconds using brushes.. =/ I talked to splitty about that right before she went p00f the first time and then never heard from her again..

Perhaps you could do the chargeback to get most of your USD returned, YLO? It doesn't seem fair to be out all that money if you can't participate in the adoptable anymore. And to compensate for the difference that Paypal takes as a fee, someone could redo your love pair for you? I'd be happy to do it myself since I still have all the CBD files and I know Fae must be busy. ^_^

And well, I am related to someone who did chargebacks and I'm afraid if someone will ever dislike me they are gonna use it against me. Remember PI banned me because I was related to her and some people found out and got me banned because they thought I was her or would at least do the same thing.. So I'm kinda scared of doing a chargeback. And from what I've heard you don't always get your money back either, but they always always charge a fee. So I could even end up losing money.

It sounds like you're basing all your decisions on rumors and fear. Try looking up the information and finding out exactly what happens, so you're informed. At least this won't happen to you again next time.

If you don't want to do the chargeback and you don't want the customs either, there's not much else anyone can do for you, I think. :\

I wánt the customs, but I can't really have them, because I'm not on PI. I could let fae make them and then just hope they will come to secundi, but of course no one can guarantee that and in case they decide to never come to secundi fae would have done them for nothing and I would feel bad about that.

I can't look it up on the paypal website, because it's not clearly explained. They say they will look into every case and if they think you are right you get your money back. But I know of several people who did that, had proof and did not get their money back (not involving CBDs), but were charged the usual fees and ended up losing just another $10. And yes, I am scared that people will one day use it against me if I chargeback, because I am related to degrassi so you are right about the fear part. I don't find that fear very strange after what happened on PI.. Lotsa people I thought of as friends suddenly didn't wanna be friends anymore and although I never chargebacked anything they started repossesing my pets etc. And if splitty's account isn't linked to a bank account or anything to get money from and there is no money on her paypal account anymore, then where would the money come from? All I could find on the paypal website is that they will take the money back from the person who had it and give it back to you. But splitx doesn't have it anymore.

Yes, we understand that neither option is ideal for you. Unfortunately no one on Secundi can change the facts, or change how Paypal runs things. It's not a good situation for anyone involved.

If it were me, I'd decide for myself which of the two options is better for me and go with that. Either you try the chargeback to recover at least some of your USD, or you post your custom forms here and at least get something in exchange for your lost money. You have to decide for yourself which of the options is the lesser of two evils, so to speak.

I have one idea for you YLO -
I know that you are really concerned about future complaints made against you for the charge backs due to your relations - but you can cover yourself with documentation , screenshots of where SplitX 'told' you to charge her back and just make a little 'proof file' for yourself to clear your name if you ever have problems with others for this.

Then  - you could go ahead and do your charge back hoping that everything goes ok.

There are two ways this could go at that point.

~ The charge back could completely go through minus the fees. ($10 or so .. depends on a percentage)  At that point you could have me make CBD's for you to cover the fees you lost   I'd be happy to do that ^_^

~ Or the charge back would fail and you would be out the fee. ($10) - and if that happened I wouldn't mind making a CBD or two extra to make up for that loss if you need.
I'd probably enlist the help that has been offered to me for coloring -  if we do end up making all 20 or more customs for you - but we will GET you taken care of hun <3


I'd recommend going through with the charge back and just see what happens.  But make a proof file for yourself first - screen shoting any information about what happened with CBD and especially were you were told to 'do' the charge back.

Hopefully this helps you , I don't like seeing you getting the short end of the deal with this.  You shouldn't be responsible for the fees of the charge back , so I don't mind making cbds in place of that for you.

I also had unfinished customs that were not bought with USD, they were pet trades, but I think I got my end of those trades back already so no issue there ^^

Luckily splitty posted in a thread about chargebacks, I have 568 PMs on here, would be hell to find the right ones O.o (I need to do that for the custom forms though if I ever need those -.-)
And if the chargeback does go through I would either like the lovepair redone or deleted, because I am not happy with the way they were done and I would prefer not to keep them as they are.

45 days - wow that is such a short amount of time compared to what I originally thought.
It doesn't make sense - I mean there are many people who purchase things and can't expect the product to be ready within 45 days or less. 
There must be some protection for people like that who didn't get what was promised.
