Please only post in this thread if you are signing a contract when you aquire one of the pets bred by me. If I need to sign something from you, or update something about a pet I aquired from you, please PM me instead of posting here. Thank you!

Limited Line gidgets and wobbles:
My limited lines babys will be re-homed as O. They must remain this way. If you rehome them to anyone else, you are required to inform the new owner, and so on.

Kennel dogs:
I trust most people to know not to over breed or over work thier dogs (anything that risks the dog or offspring's health). My only real requirement is that I be offered first chance to buy back any dog bred by me that is no longer wanted by it's new owner, at a price of 500K SG.
This includes pups from reverse breed fees, aka I used your dog and your fee was 1 pup- if you wish to be rid of it, I get first option.

I'm adding to this on april 7, 2010, that I would like IW prefix on the show name of all pups that I breed. If you wish to add your own kennel prefix, it can be after the IW or after the name, example IW-XXX Name or IW Name XXX.

Stable horses:
I require I am offered first buy back option on any stable horse bred by me if the new owner no longer wants it, for the price of 500K SG. I also request but do not require that I am notified of genetics discovered that may be usefull information in determining the parent's genetics.

All other adoptables:
I require that any adoptable bred by me and re-homed is offered to be sold back to me first, at a fair price. Price varies by adoptable, if it was sold for SG, then I will repay the original purchase price. If it was not purchased with SG, the last 3 creatures of this type to have been sold for SG will have thier sell prices averaged together to determine "fair" purchase pricing.

I dont expect people to sign for these, since the thread wasnt up when you bought them, but you did agree at purchase time Ill call that good enough. If you wish to sign just to keep track, Ill love you forever! (ok I admit I already love you all... Ill love you with sugar on top?)

April 23rd addendum- anything not enforcable, but agreed on, will result in negative feedback if the agreement is not kept. Some adoptable managers will help enforce, some will not. I will not edit my first post, because there will be no edits to it dated later then people signing. That just wouldnt be fair. So, this post is here.
