[Neptune's Oasis] Looking for Clothes (&Hairstyles?)

Okay so when Secundi first started I launched Neptune's Oasis in V1 lines, but I don't really like those and I love the V2s. Problem is, the V2 girls have no top. We lacked artists back then, but hopefully someone can help me out now.

What I Need
* A inked & shaded top for the female child and female adult lines! I would prefer a traditional mermaid top, so shell bikini top. I looked up the rules, secundi allows bikini style clothing and I am not bringing these to PI so they can have a bikini ^^
* Someone that can match the original shading (can provide sample of original shading upon request) OR reshade all the lines so they all match

What I Would Also Like
*More/different hairstyles. Both genders have 2 different hairstyles now, but I do not like one of the male hairstyles so I would like to have that one replaced (so one new hairstyle for male child and male adult), possibly more/additional hairstyles if the artist is willing
* A cert because the old one from gaia was not included with the sale of the original shop. Some nice underwater scenery or something. If I can't find someone to make a high quality cert I will just make a plain simple info box with name, owner etcetera, I can do that myself.
