Secundi Laws

While we honor the right to freedom here in Secundi, there are a few laws that must be followed if you wish to remain in our lands. The Secundi Council has deliberated on these laws and deemed them to be fair and reasonable. If there are any questions regarding any law, please travel to the Courthouse to file an official record with the clerk there.

I.   Secundi is intended to be for all beings thirteen years of age or older. If your art or writing could be deemed inappropriate for this age range, please contact the Secundi Council to see if it will be allowed or not.

II.   Secundi is a place of creativity, however theft of any kind will not be tolerated. If you believe something posted here on Secundi to be not the original work of the poster, you can either file a report with the clerk in the Magistrate's Office or PM one of the Secundi Council if you wish to remain anonymous. Going along with this, if you have any problems with delivery, or lack of, with an adoptable the same procedure should be followed.

III.   In Secundi we pride ourselves on our literacy, because of this "chat speak," overuse of capital letters or emoticons, and horrible grammar and punctuation are not permitted. Spell check is a wonderful tool.

IV.   All forums on Secundi are labeled with their purpose. Posting in the wrong forums takes up time for the Council and the Magistrate, so we ask that this be kept to a minimum. Constant abuse of this will result in punishment.

V.   Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. We understand that disputes will occur, but flaming is not allowed. Contacting the Council or a Magistrate to hold a dispute resolution is the best course of action.

VI.   We do not tolerate trolls; we shoot them on sight.

VII.   There are certain topics that we do not believe are appropriate for Secundi. They include, but are not limited to: Sex and pornography, medical advice, real world politics, debates on religion, suicide, self-harm, illegal drugs, and any other illegal acts.

VIII.  Respect is expected in Secundi, if you are constantly seen being disrespectful or post personal disputes in public forums there will be appropriate action taken.

IX.   Spamming the forums will result in us inflicting bodily harm upon you. You have been warned.

X.   Everyone on Secundi is a refugee or colonist, as such begging is not only unnecessary, it's insulting and demeaning. Begging will result in punishment.

XI.   You are only allowed one normal account on Secundi. This is because certain things can only be done so many times per day, and having multiple accounts would make this unfair. We check IP addresses, and anyone found to have multiple accounts will be banned. XII.     Secundi will not tolerate any illegal activities occurring on the forums or in the game itself. Any actions that are considered illegal in any country will result in immediate permanent banning from the site.

These laws need to be followed at all times. Breaking of these laws can result in the following:
I.   Restriction of forum/PM/site usage

II.   Removal of posts or comments

III.   Bans that can range from 2 weeks to permanent

Other punishments can be given out if the circumstances warrant it. All punishments can be appealed, but once an appeal is filed and a judgment is issued, further appeals will not be accepted.
